Certification That Proves Professional Readiness

Training builds knowledge.
Certification verifies judgment, consistency, and readiness in real client-facing scenarios.

Tanta Global Academy certification exists for professionals who want more than completion certificates.

Readiness is evaluated through structured, scenario-based assessment focused on real-world decision-making, communication, and accountability — the qualities clients and employers actually rely on.

This certification is not about learning more.
It’s about proving you’re ready.

Are You Actually Client-Ready?

Most professionals assume they are.

Step 1: Enroll for Free

Create an account to access Virtual Assistant readiness learning resources.
Enrollment provides access to materials only and does not include
certification or credentials.

Step 2: Prepare Using
Learning Resources

Use the available resources to understand expectations, standards, and evaluation criteria.
Learning content is optional and does not affect evaluation outcomes.

Step 3: Complete Readiness Exams

Each readiness exam is purchased individually and includes:
  • A written, scenario-based evaluation

  • A structured capstone (written and video Q&A, depending on the exam)
Each exam allows up to three attempts.
If all attempts are used without passing, the exam must be repurchased to continue.

Step 4: Earn Certification

To earn the VA Readiness Certification, candidates must:

  • Pass all five required readiness exams

  • Meet evaluation standards across every section

Certification reflects demonstrated readiness at the time of evaluation and is
issued by Tanta Global Academy, part of Tanta Global Assist.
