This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Website and Tanta Global Assist, the owner(s) of this Website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by Clauses 1, 2, 4 – 11 and 15 – 25 of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. Clauses 3 and 12 – 14 apply only to the sale of Services. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.

No part of this Website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer and Our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur upon Our sending a confirmation email to you indicating that your order has been accepted.

  • “Services” means all offerings made available through the Website, including but not limited to learning resources, readiness exams, capstone evaluations, credentialing, certification, and related administrative functions.

  • “Learning Resources” means free educational materials provided through the Website, including eLearning courses, videos, scripts, presentations, Field Guides, Job Aids, Tip Sheets, and reference content.

  • “Evaluation Services” means paid services related to readiness exams, capstone evaluations, credentialing, scoring, review, feedback, and issuance of credentials or certifications.

  • “VA Readiness Exam” means a structured professional evaluation consisting of a written readiness exam and a capstone evaluation designed to assess judgment, execution, and professional readiness.

  • “Capstone” means a structured evaluation requiring written and video submissions assessed using a standardized rubric on a Pass / Fail basis.

  • “Credential” means successful completion of an individual VA Readiness Exam.

  • “Certification” means successful completion of all required VA Readiness Exams within the program.

  • “Content” means all text, graphics, documents, templates, videos, assessments, rubrics, software, layouts, branding, and materials made available on the Website.


1.2 Interpretation

  • Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

  • Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa.

  • References to “including” shall be interpreted as “including without limitation.”

  • References to any statute include amendments or replacements thereof.


2. Age Restrictions

2.1

The Website and Services are intended solely for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

2.2

By accessing or using the Website, You confirm that You meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if this condition is not met.

Persons under the age of 18 should use this Website only with the supervision of an Adult. Payment Information must be provided by or with the permission of an Adult.

9.3 We reserve the right to monitor, restrict, remove, or retain communications as necessary for compliance, service delivery, quality assurance, credential verification, or dispute resolution.
9.4 Failure to comply with this Clause 9 may result in Your Account being suspended or closed.

10. Accounts

  • 10.1 In order to procure Services on this Website and to use certain other parts of the System, you are required to create an Account which will contain certain personal details and Payment Information which may vary based upon your use of the Website as We may not require payment information until you wish to make a purchase. By continuing to use this Websiteyou represent and warrant that:
  • 10.1.1 all information you submit is accurate and truthful;
  • 10.1.2 you have permission to submit Payment Information where permission may be required; and
  • 10.1.3 you will keep this information accurate and up-to-date. Your creation of an Account is further affirmation of your representation and warranty.
  • 10.2 It is recommended that you do not share your Account details, particularly your username and password. We accept no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your Account details being shared by you. If you use a shared computer, it is recommended that you do not save your Account details in your internet browser.
  • 10.3 If you have reason to believe that your Account details have been obtained by another person without consent, you should contact Us immediately to suspend your Account and cancel any unauthorised orders or payments that may be pending. Please be aware that orders or payments can only be cancelled up until provision of Services has commenced. In the event that an unauthorised provision commences prior to your notifying Us of the unauthorised nature of the order or payment then you shall be charged for the period from the commencement of the provision of services until the date you notified us and may be charged for a billing cycle of one month.
  • 10.4 When choosing your username you are required to adhere to the terms set out above in Clause 9. Any failure to do so could result in the suspension and/or deletion of your Account.

11. Termination and Cancellation of Accounts

  • 11.1 Either Tanta Global Assist or you may terminate your Account. If We terminate your Account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, We reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.
  • 11.2 If We terminate or suspend Your Account due to violation of these Terms, misuse of Services, fraud, or credential/badge misrepresentation, We may cancel current or pending orders, refuse future orders, and revoke or invalidate any related credentials or badge usage rights where appropriate. Any fees paid for Evaluation Services already initiated remain non-refundable.


12. Services, Pricing and Availability

12.1 The Website includes Learning Resources that may be provided free of charge. We may modify, replace, restrict, or remove Learning Resources at any time without notice.
12.2 The Website also includes Evaluation Services. Evaluation Services are paid Services and include manual review, scoring, credential issuance (where applicable), and administrative processing.
12.3 Prices for Evaluation Services are displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are subject to change; however, the price displayed at the time You place Your Order shall apply to that Order.
12.4 Evaluation Services are delivered digitally and may require submission of written and video materials. You are responsible for ensuring You have the equipment and connectivity to submit required materials.
12.5 We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue Evaluation Services where we reasonably believe integrity, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or operational constraints require it.

13. Orders and Provision of Services

  • 13.1 No part of this Website constitutes a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer that We may, at Our sole discretion, accept. Our acceptance is indicated by Us sending to you an order confirmation email. Only once We have sent you an order confirmation email will there be a binding contract between Tanta Global Assist and you.
  • 13.2 Order confirmations under sub-Clause 13.1 will be sent to you before the Services begin and shall contain the following information:
  • 13.2.1 Confirmation of the Services ordered including full details of the main characteristics of those Services;
  • 13.2.2 Fully itemised pricing for the Services ordered including, where appropriate, taxes, delivery and other additional charges;
  • 13.2.3 Relevant times and dates for the provision of the Services;
  • 13.2.4 User credentials and relevant information for accessing those services.
  • 13.3 If We, for any reason, do not accept your order, no payment shall be taken under normal circumstances. In any event, any sums paid by you in relation to that order will be refunded within 14 calendar days.
  • 13.4 Payment for Evaluation Services is taken at the time of purchase using Your chosen payment method unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation. Evaluation Services are not subscription services unless explicitly described as such at checkout.
  • 13.5 We aim to make Evaluation Services available promptly after Order confirmation; however, evaluation timelines may vary due to manual review requirements and operational volume.
  • 13.6 Tanta Global Assist shall use all Our reasonable endeavours to provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, commensurate with best trade practice.
  • 13.7 In the event that Services are provided that are not in conformity with your order and thus incorrect, you should contact Us immediately to inform Us of the mistake. We will ensure that any necessary corrections are made within five (5) working days.
  • Additional terms and conditions may apply to the provision of certain Services. You will be asked to read and confirm your acceptance of any such terms and conditions when completing your Order.
  • 13.8 Tanta Global Assist provides technical support via our online support forum and/or phone. Tanta Global Assist makes every effort possible to respond in a timely manner but we do not guarantee a particular response time.

14. Cancellation of Orders and Services

14.1 Because Evaluation Services involve digital delivery and manual review, all Evaluation Service purchases are non-refundable once an attempt has been initiated, review activity has begun, or submissions have been uploaded, whichever occurs first.
14.2 If You believe a charge was unauthorized, You must contact Us immediately. We may suspend access while investigating.
14.3 Where cancellation rights are required by applicable consumer protection law, those rights apply only to the extent required by law and do not apply to Evaluation Services that have been initiated or performed.
14.4 If any “Specific Terms” apply to a particular Service, those Specific Terms will be presented at checkout and will apply in addition to these Terms.

15. Privacy

16.1 We collect and process personal information to provide Services, administer accounts, process payments, deliver Learning Resources, conduct Evaluation Services, issue credentials, verify credentials, prevent fraud, and manage disputes.
16.2 Evaluation Services may require You to submit written and video materials. You acknowledge that such submissions may be reviewed by authorized evaluators and retained for credential verification, quality assurance, or dispute handling.
16.3 We do not sell Your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers necessary to operate the Website (for example, payment processors and platform providers), subject to appropriate safeguards.
16.4 Additional details are provided in Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

17. Disclaimers

  • 17.1 We make no warranty or representation that the Website will meet your requirements, that it will be of satisfactory quality, that it will be fit for a particular purpose, that it will not infringe the rights of third parties, that it will be compatible with all systems, that it will be secure and that all information provided will be accurate. We make no guarantee of any specific results from the use of our Service or Services.
  • 17.2 No part of this Website is intended to constitute advice and the Content of this Website should not be relied upon when making any decisions or taking any action of any kind.
  • 17.3 No part of this Website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance.
  • 17.4 Whilst We use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Website is secure and free of errors, viruses and other malware, you are strongly advised to take responsibility for your own internet security, that of your personal details and your computers.

18. Changes to the Facilities and these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change the Website, its Content or these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be bound by any changes to the Terms and Conditions from the first time you use the Website following the changes. If We are required to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions by law, these changes will apply automatically to any orders currently pending in addition to any orders placed by you in the future.

19. Availability of the Website

  • 19.1 The Website is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. Tanta Global Assist uses industry best practices to provide a high uptime, including a fault-tolerant architecture hosted in cloud servers. We give no warranty that the Website or Facilities will be free of defects and / or faults and we do not provide any kind of refund for outages. We provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality.
  • 19.2 We accept no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.

20. Limitation of Liability

  • 20.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, We accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Website or any information contained therein. You should be aware that you use the Website and its Content at your own risk.
  • 20.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts Our liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
  • 20.3 Where Services are provided incorrectly due to Our fault, Our liability (where it cannot be excluded) shall be limited to re-performance of the affected Service or refund of the amount paid for that specific Service, at Our discretion, to the extent permitted by law.
  • 20.4 In the event that any of these terms are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that term is to be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms and Conditions. This term shall apply only within jurisdictions where a particular term is illegal.

In the event that any party to these Terms and Conditions fails to exercise any right or remedy contained herein, this shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy.

22. Previous Terms and Conditions

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any prior versions thereof, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless it is expressly stated otherwise.

23. Third Party Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any rights upon any third party. The agreement created by these Terms and Conditions is between you and Tanta Global Assist.

24. Communications

  • 24.1 All notices / communications shall be given to Us either by post to Our Premises (see address above) or by email to info@tantaglobal.com. Such notice will be deemed received 3 days after posting if sent by first class post, the day of sending if the email is received in full on a business day and on the next business day if the email is sent on a weekend or public holiday.
  • 24.2 We may from time to time, if you opt to receive it, send you information about Our products and/or services. If you do not wish to receive such information, please click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in any email which you receive from Us.

25. Law and Jurisdiction

25.1 These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between You and Tanta Global Assist shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
25.2 You and We agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

26. VA Readiness Certification Program

26.1

The TGA Virtual Assistant (VA) Readiness Certification is a professional evaluation program designed to assess readiness for client-facing work.

26.2

Certification is not awarded for completing learning content. Certification is awarded only through successful evaluation.


27. Enrollment vs Evaluation

27.1

Enrollment in the VA Readiness Certification Program is free.

27.2

Each VA Readiness Exam requires payment for Evaluation Services. Fees cover manual review, scoring, feedback, and credential issuance.


28. Certification Requirements

28.1

To earn VA Certification, a candidate must successfully pass all five (5) VA Readiness Exams.

28.2

Partial completion does not result in certification.


29. Attempts and Retakes

29.1

Each VA Readiness Exam purchase includes up to three (3) attempts.

29.2

If all attempts are used without passing, the exam must be repurchased to continue.


30. Evaluation Standard

30.1

Written readiness exams require a minimum score of 80% to pass. Capstones are evaluated on a Pass / Fail basis only. No partial credit is awarded on Capstones. Evaluation decisions are final.

30.2

No partial credit is awarded. Evaluation decisions are final.

31. Certification Badge Usage

31.1

Certification badges may only be used by individuals who have earned the credential.

31.2

Badges may not be altered, transferred, sublicensed, or used to imply employment or endorsement.

31.3 If a credential is revoked or invalidated, You must remove the badge and any related claims from all platforms immediately.

32. Revocation

32.1

Tanta Global Assist reserves the right to revoke credentials if misuse, misrepresentation, or violations are identified.


33. No Guarantee of Employment

33.1

Certification does not guarantee employment, income, or client placement.


34. Governing Authority

34.1

Tanta Global Assist retains sole authority over evaluation standards, credential issuance, and certification decisions.
