Jon is a veteran instructional designer and training leader with over 20 years of experience across federal, private, and entrepreneurial sectors. At Tanta Global Assist, he leads strategic development and training innovation to prepare global talent for success in remote and hybrid work environments.
Dr. Janice Alaban
advisor
Dr. Alaban brings deep expertise in institutional planning, educational leadership, and international workforce development. As a former dean and current advisor, she guides the academic and instructional strategy behind Tanta Global Assist’s training programs.

Willie is a seasoned online instructor with a Master’s in Training and Development and years of classroom and digital training experience. He ensures all course materials meet rigorous instructional standards and supports trainers in delivering quality, accessible learning experiences.
