“Account” means the account created by a User on the Website, including identifying information, login credentials, purchase history, and settings.

Important: We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Website. Do not upload sensitive personal information in Evaluation Submissions unless explicitly required for the evaluation task.

3.1 Service delivery and administration. We use Data to provide the Website and Services, including account creation, enrollment management, access delivery, troubleshooting, and customer support.

3.2 Evaluation and credentialing. Where you purchase Evaluation Services, We use Data to:

  • verify identity and eligibility;

  • receive and review Evaluation Submissions;

  • score and evaluate submissions using rubrics and standards;

  • issue credentials or certifications where applicable;

  • maintain records necessary to verify earned credentials.

3.3 Operations and improvement. We use Data for internal recordkeeping, service improvement, product development, platform performance, and fraud prevention.

3.4 Marketing communications. Where permitted by law and/or where you opt in, We may send you information about Services, program updates, and offers. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting Us.

6.2 Some Data is necessary to provide Services (for example, Account Data for login, and Evaluation Submissions for Evaluation Services). If you do not provide required Data, We may be unable to deliver the relevant Service.

9.2 Evaluation Submissions retention. We may retain Evaluation Submissions for a reasonable period necessary for:

  • credential verification and auditability,

  • quality assurance,

  • evaluator calibration,

  • dispute resolution and chargeback handling.

9.3 Where legally required, We may retain certain records longer. Where retention is no longer necessary, We will delete or de-identify Data in accordance with operational capabilities and legal requirements.


10. Cookies

10.1 The Website uses Cookies and similar technologies to enable core functionality, remember preferences, and analyze traffic.

10.2 You can control Cookies through browser settings. Disabling Cookies may limit functionality.
