TGA VA Readiness Resources

TGA Virtual Assistant Readiness Resources are free, optional professional reference materials designed to support Virtual Assistants in real client work.

These resources clarify professional expectations, reduce common failure patterns, and support confident, risk-aware decision-making across a wide range of Virtual Assistant responsibilities.

Readiness Resources are not courses you must complete, and they do not grant credentials or certification. They exist to support reference use, professional alignment, and ongoing work quality.

Virtual Assistants use Readiness Resources to:

  • Understand professional standards and expectations
  • Navigate common client scenarios safely
  • Improve clarity, organization, and communication
  • Reference best practices during real work
  • Close gaps identified through evaluation or experience

There is no required order and no required completion.

Important:
Accessing Readiness Resources, viewing materials, or completing optional learning content does not grant credentials or certification.

Certification is earned only by passing separate readiness exams and capstone evaluations.
